How to Recharge a Human

9-13-17_7 Types of MeditationTo recharge a human:

  1. Unplug it from all electrical devices (ie. cell phones, televisions, iPads, etc..)
  2. Do one or all of the following:

– Place in nature (15-30 minutes minimum)
– Soak in a warm bath
– Have it engage in physical activity such as exercise
– Let it sleep
– Place in front of a book

For best results, recharge daily.
