Transcript:
Mindfulness is being present, like film itself. Sitting in the camera, in total darkness, always ready for light to strike.
Without preconceived notions and without judgement to any subject.
People who are mindful are more patient and more willing to help others. They prefer experiences over material products and experience greater life satisfaction.
Observation is the key to learning, whether you are a scientist, artist, teacher or child. We need to nourish that sense of wonder.
To relish and reveal the mysteries of life.
Our curiosity in nature motivates us to explore, take risks, face unfamiliar challenges and push our skill level. In hindsight, we refer to these challenges as blessings in disguise.
It’s these blessings that the heart remembers as gifts that engenders gratitude.
