The 30-Day Gratitude Challenge II

Last year we posted a 30-Day Gratitude Challenge that encouraged readers to journal or put their gratitudes in a jar for 30-Days. We recently came across lifestyle blogger Skin & Satori’s quest to complete a 30-Day Gratitude Challenge documented in her wonderful blog.

Skin & Satori inspired us to create a more specific 30-Day Gratitude Challenge. To embark on this challenge, the instructions are simple. For each day, write an entry either online or in a hand-written journal and be sure to elaborate on your answers. It doesn’t have to be a long entry, but just enough to recall the feelings of appreciation for when you go back to review your gratitudes.

At the end of the 30-Day Gratitude Challenge, you can re-read all your entries. Notice if you feel any different than before you began the challenge. If writing about your gratitude grows on you, we encourage you to continue writing as there are many benefits from journaling. More about journaling gratitude in our next article.
