Here’s an idea on how to make gratitude a regular practice.
Find an old jar and make it your gratitude jar. Any time you think of something you are thankful for, write it down (with your name and the date) on an index card or print these cards here and put them in the container.
You can write about anything you are grateful for – the unique formation of the clouds in the sky, the delicious lunch you had, or catching up with an old friend over coffee. Just have this exercise be a daily ritual and do it alone, with a partner, or with the whole family.
Make a Gratitude Day at the end of the week or month by setting aside time to read your gratitudes in the jar. This is a good way to remind yourself of all the amazing things going on in your life. ♡
