Recipe for Happiness

Ingredients:

2 cups of gratitude
1 cup of kindness (can be substituted with compassion)
2 tbsp of patience
a heap ofΒ laughter
Stir in a little loveΒ and season to taste

Instructions:

Add a dash of nature and long deep breaths as needed. Mindfully mix all the ingredients together and enjoy.
